Josh
Benton
Since 2020, Josh Benton has served as vice president of Send Relief’s North American ministry efforts, which include operating and expanding ministry centers in cities across the U.S., helping churches create local ministry, and partnering with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief to respond crisis and disasters. Prior to joining Send Relief, Josh was an economic development professional within state and local government for over sixteen years. For nine of those years, he also served in bi-vocational ministry. He is a graduate of Cumberland College in Kentucky and holds master’s degrees in both Public Administration and Christian Missions. Josh and his wife, Emily, live in Kentucky with their four children.
Jason
Cox
Jason Cox joined the Send Relief team as vice president of international ministry in January 2021 after serving 18 years overseas with the IMB. Jason has filled several leadership roles with the IMB, including a senior leadership position overseeing the work of over 500 missionaries laboring among some of the world’s least-reached peoples. At Send Relief, Jason leads a team working closely with IMB missionaries and local churches around the world to engage in compassion ministry through relief and development in ways that serve the most vulnerable, advance the gospel and strengthen the church. He and his wife, Kelli, live in Georgia and have four daughters and two sons-in-law.
