Overview

Send Relief's partner World Relief, reminds us that refugees are survivors, leaders, teachers, artists, dreamers and laborers. They are forgotten, persecuted, made in God’s image, our new neighbors and our future friends.
How can those of us receiving these families into our community best respond?

What to expect: The Care for Refugees Workshop is a lunch meeting with Send Relief and World Relief on Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary’s campus. Come and learn how to mobilize your family, friends, small group or church to come alongside refugees and internationals as they transition to a new home. You will learn some practical ways to meet needs and care for these individuals and families.

Overview: 11:30am-1:00pm. Lunch will be provided.
