When Hurricane Ida struck the Louisiana Gulf Coast on August 26, thousands of residents were left without power, wading their way through flooded homes and neighborhoods. But Southern Baptists from across the country showed up for their neighbors! Utilizing the aid of state conventions, Southern Baptists Disaster Response teams and Send Relief resources, volunteers were able to meet the physical needs of this hurting community while sharing the hope of the gospel.
