Crisis buckets provide help to Navajo Nation in New Mexico

Chad Spriggs, Send Network New Mexico Director, says the meals and crisis buckets sent through Send Relief couldn’t have come at a better time.

“The conditions in that area have gotten pretty bad,” Spriggs said. “Some of the reservation cities have been put on curfews. Others are closed to through-traffic, and a few have just come out of complete lock down. The relief arrived at just the right time. The needs are great and are increasing every day.”

Send Relief provided more than 100 crisis buckets filled with household supplies and more than 1,100 meals to support the New Mexico Navajo reservation.

“We are so grateful for the support of Send Relief on our reservations. The needs are great. There is no better time for God’s compassion to be shared in practical ways,” said Spriggs.
