However, amid its vibrancy, it grapples with a significant homeless population, the second largest in the U.S. To address this, the Los Angeles Ministry Center collaborates with churches across the city, focusing on poverty alleviation, human trafficking prevention and aiding refugees. Through food distributions, awareness campaigns and temporary housing for trafficking survivors, they strive to strengthen communities and assist vulnerable groups. Partnering with local entities, including the United School District, they mobilize resources to provide essential support and aid refugees in adapting to their new environment.
